Woodruff Sawyer announced today that Kristy Furrer, Senior Vice President and P&C Risk Management Practice Leader at the firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Assurex Global, the world’s largest privately held commercial insurance, risk management and employee benefits brokerage group.
Kristy has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, in both brokerage and risk management positions. She specializes in helping clients reduce their cost of risk in today’s increasingly complex global environment. Kristy founded Woodruff Sawyer’s Risk Management Practice in 2000 and is Vice Chair on Woodruff Sawyer’s Board of Directors.
