San Francisco, CA – June 7, 2023 – Woodruff Sawyer announced Laura Charney has joined the firm as Director, Sales Operations & Enablement, responsible for creating scalable and innovative strategies to support Growth. Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Laura spent over 13 years at specialty insurer Hagerty, where she held various positions within sales, operations, and leadership. Most recently, she was Vice President of Team Experience for the company’s contact center of 600+ employees.
In her role, Laura will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, regional leaders, and cross-functional partners to drive Woodruff Sawyer’s go-to-market strategy. By identifying enhancements to current technologies, increasing internal adoption, and ensuring compliance and ease of use, Laura will play a vital role in implementing operational change.
