Rebekah is responsible for managing client relationships, a book of business, and serving as the primary contact for multinational clients. Responsibilities include ensuring clients stay in compliance in any given country, managing renewals and developing strategies that are unique to fit client needs.
With more than 20 years of experience in global benefits management, Rebekah has experience in 40-plus countries with areas of expertise including global health, retirement and welfare benefits (including compliance and employee communication).
She is a guest speaker on benefits topics and on the continuing education committee for international benefits with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Rebekah holds a bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in international business from Northwood University. In addition, Rebekah is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and Certified Global Benefits Specialist.
