Jane Njavro

Jane specializes in advising clients on the challenges that directors and officers face internationally. In prior positions, Jane placed bespoke D&O insurance policies for many high-profile, high-risk, and large market cap companies domiciled in the US and internationally. She also focused on providing executive liability solutions directly to non-US companies listed on US exchanges.

Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
